By commissioning me you agree that you have read and understand the following Terms of Service. Your request may be denied if I find that you have not read these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact me at xxmissarichanxx(at)gmail.com.

General Procedures/Process

Please allow 2-10 weeks from acceptance of your request to completion.

1. Email me at xxmissarichanxx@gmail.com or PM/DM me on social media. Please include the type of commission you’d like and any details/references you have.

2. SKETCHING PHASE: If I accept your request, I will contact you regarding details and begin preliminary sketches.

3. After you approve the sketch, I will send a PayPal Invoice to you.

4. LINE ART PHASE: Once the invoice has been paid, I will begin lining the piece. At this time, I'll allow minor edits and continually update you on progress.

5. FLAT COLOR PHASE: After lining, I apply colors to the piece. At this time, I'll allow adjustments to the colors.

6. SHADING AND FINAL TOUCHES PHASE: With your approval, I will finish rendering and shading the artwork. I will allow for one minor edit at this time.

7. When the piece is complete, I will deliver the full image to you.

Payments

All transactions will be in USD and done through Ko-Fi, PayPal invoices, or Venmo requests, and all prices agreed upon include any transaction fees. All payment is upfront. If you would like to discuss partial payment options, please make a note when you contact me.

Refunds

I will only issue full refunds for pieces that have not reached the FLAT COLOR stage, or if I am unable to complete your request for any reason. I DO NOT refund fully completed pieces.

Extra Charges

If I have to design your character from scratch or description, I will charge an extra fee to be determined per character I design.

If your commissioned piece will be used in a commercial project, I will charge 300% of the base price for commercial use for each piece. Otherwise, we can discuss other forms of compensation for commercial use.

Regarding the Artist (xxmissarichanxx)

The following will also apply to any work or project I share publicly on any social media platform:

By commissioning me, you understand that you are paying for my labor.

I retain all copyrights for the piece(s) and reserve the right to distribute, reproduce, and use the completed piece(s). If you are not comfortable with this, please let me know.

I reserve the right to deny your request for any reason without explanation or disclosing of reasons.

I DO NOT accept rush jobs (less than two weeks to due date).

Regarding the Commissioner (You)

Finished pieces are for personal use only. This means you may use the piece as an icon, wallpaper, banner, personal non-commercial project, etc. so long as credit is given to me as the artist (xxmissarichanxx).

You cannot claim the work as your own. You cannot redistribute, sell, reproduce, or edit the piece(s) for redistribution. You cannot use the work to train Artificial Intelligence (AI), nor can you use the work for non-fungible tokens (NFT).

You cannot use the work for any commercial or non-commercial purposes unless it is agreed upon. You may be charged a fee for commercial use.
